Ashley Woods is a singer/songwriter who grew up in Canada yet found herself in southern California in her early 20s. Ashley was a relationship built in California that held more creativity than I initially realized. Watching her sing and write songs around friends never sparked any thought in me of where this could go. Her gift and talent was there, but the world gave her an unfair advantage as it shut down before she has the chance to share. During that time, I got to watch her write, record, produce, and dream of the future.
The world began to shift back to “normalcy” and Ashley pushed her way onto music platforms such as Spotify & Apple music with a few singles.
As a new artist, you have limited resources but being on mainstream platforms you have to be prepared with provided album art and theoretical tour passes for backstage which has made its way into this portfolio.
